1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the vip1 platform at vip1.cx in any capacity, you enter into a binding agreement with vip1 and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or the vip1 app.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the vip1 platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically, particularly before making significant deposits or claiming bonuses.

vip1 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these terms at any time. Where changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the platform or by email. However, it remains your responsibility to review the current terms before using the platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the vip1 platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. vip1 takes the age restriction seriously and may request documentation to verify your age at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be restricted or closed.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on vip1. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name, a family member's details, or any other arrangement, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any balances or bonuses within them forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

vip1 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where there is reason to believe that the platform is being used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or in violation of these terms.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

vip1 supports deposits and withdrawals in PKR through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and approved mobile wallets. The available payment methods are displayed in the Deposit section of your account. Methods and limits may change from time to time.

All funds deposited into your vip1 account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or unverified sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. vip1 may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above certain thresholds. This is a standard security measure and is not specific to any individual player.

vip1 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. PKR is the platform currency and all balances, bonuses, and transactions are displayed and processed in PKR.

Any funds remaining in a dormant account — one with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of PKR 200 per month after written notice has been sent to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the same period.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

vip1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and VIP-exclusive promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page and must be read before claiming any offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all vip1 promotions unless otherwise stated are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Welcome bonuses are available once per player and once per household, device, and IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first meet the wagering requirement specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements indicate how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account.
• vip1 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements artificially.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

vip1 offers sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, and other gaming products. By placing any bet or participating in any game on the platform, you agree to the specific rules of that product in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

For sports betting, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and esports markets:

• Bets are final once confirmed. vip1 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time the bet is placed. In-play odds can move quickly, particularly in T20 cricket where conditions change rapidly.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum requirements for a result are met, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for individual sports are published in the help section.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These are displayed in the relevant sport or market section and may vary by product.
• vip1 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of irregular activity, information manipulation, or where an obvious pricing error occurred.

For casino, live casino, and slot games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology. vip1 does not manipulate game outcomes and all results are independent of previous results. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by individual game providers and are available within each game's information panel.

6 VIP Programme

The vip1 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players earn VIP points through qualifying real-money wagers across sports betting and casino products. Points accumulate over a rolling period and your tier is assessed regularly based on your activity.

• VIP tier upgrades are applied when a player's accumulated points meet the threshold for the next tier. Thresholds and point-earning rates are published on the VIP page.
• VIP tier downgrades may occur if activity falls below the minimum required to maintain your current tier during a reassessment period. You will be notified before a downgrade takes effect.
• Weekly cashback percentages, withdrawal priority, and bonus eligibility all vary by tier. Current rates and benefits are published on the VIP page and may be updated from time to time.
• Personal account managers are available from Gold tier and above. Account managers are a support resource and do not make decisions about bonus eligibility, withdrawal approvals, or account standing on their own — those follow standard platform procedures.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the account on which they were earned. VIP status cannot be purchased, gifted, or transferred between accounts.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip1 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in doing so.
• Providing false personal information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the platform in any way not permitted by vip1.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a known error will be voided.
• Attempting to manipulate sports results, match outcomes, or engaging in or facilitating match-fixing in any form.
• Using someone else's payment method, identity, or account details without their knowledge and consent.
• Coordinating bets with other players in a way designed to abuse promotions or gain an unfair advantage over the platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards vip1 staff or other users.

vip1 monitors accounts for unusual patterns and reserves the right to investigate any account it deems suspicious. During an investigation, access to withdrawals may be temporarily restricted. If an investigation concludes without finding wrongdoing, full access will be restored promptly.

8 Responsible Gaming

Closing your account does not affect any transactions or bets that were placed before the closure.
